It was an itsy-bitsy, teeny-weeny, yellow polka dot...SHIRRED HALTER!!

Yes, it's true...I have successfully integrated shirring into a project. I just started with a simple halter top for my 5 yr old. I have been hanging onto this yellow with white polka dots forEVER and it was finally it's moment to shine! I love it!

Here's what it looked like when I was doing the shirring...not very gathered until I did the ol' spritz and iron!

Yep, that's a real plastic flamingo in our backyard...not a photo shoot prop unfortunately...
